Error: The API Key entered is invalid!

Today install in my Hosting in Hostgator, Akaunting. I try enter my API Key but see this messege:
Error: The API Key entered is invalid!

Please, what configuration needed for complete process or what is a probably the problem. Thanks!

Hi! Yes, I verifced the copied key. I tryed typed API Key. I tryed copy & paste API Key.

Uninstall and install Akaunting in the Hosting and the problem persist.

I'm accountant and view potential from program but I need resolve this problem.
